Cook Out - Fayetteville

No joke, that's the third time in a row that I messed up my order. I get a Big Double Burger cooking tray with cheese, salad, tomatoes and BBQ sauce on the burger. They gave me back, Cole Slav, Onion, Mustard on it. 3 things that I absolutely cannot eat without gaging. So be warned that they do not get your order correctly and I am about to give them chances. Don't go and check absolutely everything. It doesn't matter if you keep the line. You can't trust to make an order right.

Second time I got a small part of bbq and didn't get my Hushpuppies coming with the order!?

Came a month too early for the Einog-Shake, but this place never disappointed. they love the bbq sandwich and the cheeseburger combos. lines are long in the night, but nothing fulfilled that late at night eats like cook out.

I had never had a problem with cooking before, but since later, my orders were wrong. I ordered two separate tablets with a large double-outwest style burger and the other with a large double-steak style burger. I have two pills with two hot dogs. and one of my drinks should be sweeter tee and the other one a milkshake I got instead soda. light negligence on my part because I didn't double my order, but unlike the disappointment that costs me money, has now removed me from cooking. I'm not gonna be honest again.

I give it 4 stars because their employee, Angel, had the BEST customer service. Extremely busy, when I got my burger it was wrong. I am allergic to mustard so naturally I order my food without it. Was about to bite into my burger and a huge glob fell out of it. Called them to just let them know to be more careful and Angel was the kindest employee and without hesitation she told me to come on back and she?d make sure it was made correctly. Couldn?t ask for better customer service
