Bragg Asia Bistro - Fayetteville

This restaurant was closed for two months without explanation. Now it has reopened under new ownership and management. You offer NO vegan selection and I wouldn't trust her?vegetarian? Selection to be free from meat. The man who took our order did not know what was meant by Tofu! We cancelled our order.

The place was empty when we left. The food was nice. However, they do not have well drinks. The waiter apologized. He had only two liters of ice cream that melts right away. The white tablecloth was dirty with old dishes. The steam room was delicious. The house fried rice was good until I found a piece of plastic in it. I probably won't return. The Chinese BBQ chicken on one floor was ok. The orange chicken was simply not really season.

If you are regular, it is recommended that this place is under NEW MANAGEMENT and NOT in a good way. My husband and I are regular, but it's over a month and half since we visited due to the movement. We both work in Fayetteville, so we decided to get one of our favorites to get the Cashew chicken. After 30 minutes to go home and eat, we took a bite. That was NASTY. Not good. We called the restaurant and told the young lady that NOTHING was like the Cashew chicken we have experienced several times before and frozen peas and carrots have never been part of this plate. She was very argumentative and said that it was a new recipe and ONE told other customers, it tastes good with NO apology or everything nearby. We have requested a refund, they said no, they do not give a refund. We will not return.

But from what the pictures look on the internet, they really tried to make this place look as if it were good oh my God the worst general toes chicken that I ever had fried rice taste like scrambled egg and that's how... How are you at the Asian restaurant and you can't even make rice? Egg roll envelopes were not egg roll envelopes that they look like Empanadas and how they tasted. I drank a lot of money, nothing we bought was even edible in this restaurant.

Under new management and better than ever!! if you love authentic chinese food, this is now my favorite restaurant here in fayetteville. hands down. don?t come here expecting run of the mill american style chinese, this is leaps and bounds better. portions are huge and are meant to be eaten family style. we ordered the steamed dumplings and scallion pancake to start. these alone are delicious enough for a full meal. you can tell the dumplings are homemade because of the hand pressed shape. the scallion pancake is crispy, not soggy. for entrees, we ordered the honey walnut shrimp, dry hot pot, stir fried string beans, fried chili diced chicken, and house special spare ribs. the honey walnut shrimp came on a beautiful plate made out of fried noodles. everything came out hot and fresh. i cannot stress enough how good everything was for the price. in short, BEST authentic chinese restaurant in fayetteville. also first pic w/ everything in the shot is literally the aftermath of our meal, it?s that much food ?
