Locale che serve pranzi veloci o aperitivi con musica. a pranzo si possono trovare anelli a forma di anelli, lasagne verdi, pane e torte e pane e cazzi. Palermitan e arance. tutto discretamente buono. se partendo per il viaggio in barca ci consegnano tutti chiusi in contenitori monoo, utili e pratici per la barca. merita di essere confortato.
Don't be put off by the entrance and the bar to this place, upstairs is a small cosy restaurant serving a top notch, set four course dinner with coffee for €40. Sensible portions of fabulous, refined, imaginative and very delicious fish followed by a choice of dessert. But also just a great place to sit outside with a freehand Aperol and enjoy the buzz with all the locals, who all seem to congregate here. It was one of the highlights of our week in Sicily.
Spent 5 days on the island and this bar/restaurant became our home from home. Very pleasant staff, perfect position to overlook all the island harbour activities, superb tapas type dishes by day and a full fish dinner experience in the evening. The latter should be booked it's a slightly more formal affair, relatively speaking. Our dinner was remarkable, the freshest most perfectly cooked tuna we have had ever (that includes Japan), a terrific pasta middle dish and a yellow tail tuna main course which was perfect but perhaps too much of a similar fist. Dessert was a lovely cheesecake. Cooking was near Michelin standard without the fuss. Don't miss it....
Dont miss dinner upstairs at least once on your visit....but take care with those alcohol infused sugar cubes offered by Giovanni!.
