Coffeetopia Eminönü - Fatih

A great spot to stop for a good coffee when walking in the old city Eminonu area. Excellent ambiance seating especially on the 1st and 2nd floor. Service was really good and coffee was delicious. As a large group we ordered: Cortado’s, Iced Lattes, Espresso and Cold Brews, all were made well and to order.

The best iced chai latte I’ve ever tasted. The aroma of the coffee and spice were very vibrant. Totally recommend. They also have house blends bean for sale from around the world.

A signature coffee shop by coffee guru Şerif Başaran! What I noticed most was the price for the good coffee. It was pretty reasonable, I would even say cheap for this kind of quality. Highly educated Baristas, well-decorated interior design accompanied with great coffee books makes your coffee break unique. You can find almost all sorts of brewing methods in here per your taste. In a land with a long coffee history and tradition, I usually look drink Turkish coffee exclusively during my visits. However, I ventured to also try their V60 pour over or 2 different occasions...and the coffee experience is great overall. Strategically situated close to the spice Bazar area, coffeetopia has been a godsend for a great morning coffee. Their Turkish coffee is great. I tried multiple places around this place from the very traditional to the more touristic places, and their Turkish coffee is the best. Looks like a light roast with a bright taste profile. I also tried an Ethiopian and Colombian v60 pour over on 2 separate occasions, and they were both spot on. You get a smooth cup of coffee, very well prepared (no over or under extraction), and the right amount of acidity and flavor. Nothing about it was overwhelming in terms of taste profile, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you are around this area and looking for a great cup, stop by and enjoy.
