Along Came Tamale - Fate

Super random place, and awesome food! Anita is very nice and the vegan tamales are great! Also a unique soda selection. We don't even drink soda, but we got the fru fru berry and cherry limeade, both delicious. Just wish the dessert tamales had vegan alternatives too! We had the black bean and corn and we plan to try the curry and lentils one next.

The tamales are great! Had the pork tonight. Got them at the rockwall farmers market!

The first time I had tamales here, I was picking up 5 dozen for a family event. I got in my car and decided to sample a jalapeño and cheese. (The smell was so good I couldn't resist). That tamale was so delicious I went back into the store and ordered another 2 dozen. You can't go wrong with any of them. My family loves the pork and I loved the lentil curry.

I had the pork, chicken, and pineapple tamales. They were Great, and Seasoned just right! Curbside pickup made it even Better. Give them a try.

Still going strong, Anita Ruben keep me stocked up on best tamales around! A sleeper in this area, they offer “clean flavorful tamales” with pure ingredients. Love the ancho chicken, with black bean jalapeño cheese all vying for 2nd place. A clean, relaxing place to have a quick simple lunch or dash in for take out.
