Del Taco - Farr West

Strike 4, I'm out! Each time I go, the service gets slower, and they don't want to seem to do anything about it.I was second in line at the drive-thru, and I waited over 15 minutes before the car in front of me finished ordering.I asked what took so long, he said he had customers in the dining room. Funny, when I drove by the front of the store, there was no one there and the parking lot was pretty empty!?Ultimately, they almost got my order right, but what pushed it over the edge was the bag had about 30 packets of hot sauce when I asked for none.I did ask for more napkins because they only gave me 1. He acted like he had to go out of his way to find another few napkins.They have a lot to learn about customer service, but not on my time.

The customer service was good. Most employees are friendly here, and helpful. The food was okay.

I now visit this location at least once a month the staff is always helpful and friendly no matter how busy the drive through is. The play place is a nice break up on the drive for my kiddos and the food is always made fresh. For the past 4 years through all the changes this is by far the best managed Del Taco!!Kid-friendliness: they have a play place area for the kiddos to burn some energy ;

We pickup up an order that included a Fiesta pack but didn't get the burritos. You suck!

Waited at the counter for 15 minutes and was completely ignored!! Don't waste your time at this location!!
