Burger King - Farr West

Don't bother! There were exactly zero people when we pulled in. Had to place our order on a screen. Burger bun was hard and burger was cold. Fries were ok. I'm sure there are better places in town.

The mayo is the best part of the whopper and you forgot it on 2 of um. Woulda told you but i was on the freeway already. Seems like its hard to get employee help here. Short staffed quite a bit. The employee are always awesome though which is always surprising seeming how they are short staffed and gotta be stressed out a bit. They seem to make the best of it.

7.20.2023 10 PM went through the drive thru and were overcharged by almost $6. Ordered the two crispy chic sandwiches for $6 but were charged $11.78. We were told to pull forward, and that is when I saw the error on the receipt error when they brought the food, and the employee asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I agreed politely. The we sat for 10 plus minutes, no one came out, and two other vehicles came and left. By the time a third vehicle pulled in behind, we decided to leave. They didn't give us the sauces we asked for, and $4+ Oreo shake we had ordered looked like it had a major shirk compared to our last visit. Not what I ever expected for a late night visit to a drive thru. Worst experience ever!

Went to Burger King on my lunch break. Tried to go through the drive up in the second lane, said I needed a second to order. Then I said I was ready and the lady said that she needed a minute. We waited and waited and waited while the other lane had car after car helped and no matter how many times I said I was ready no one helped us but the other lane got their food. Very disorganized staff

The employee taking my order was very kind (I forgot her name ? ! They made my order exactly as I wanted it, and it was so good! It was very clean, and I really enjoyed this location as I was traveling back from Idaho.
