Trestaurante Guerrero's Saloon - Faro

Arrived in Faro and needed to have dinner. Found this place with a great price and a good dinner close to the train station.

Went here on are last day before flying home, I was disappointed that we waited until our last day this was the best food we had within the two weeks we were in portugal. not that we has bad food during are stay, we one had one bad the meal the whole time. why i rated this 5 stars it does not look that impressive from the outside and the inside is do well, but not over done. this is not a fur coat and no knickers restaurant it is a good restaurant that has focused its time on the quality of the food and the service of to their customers. there was not a big menu choice but enough. the staff very good and looked after us very well. the food was second to none high quality steaks cooked as we asked for and this restaurant had deserts again good quality

We were staying in this street and headed here on our first night as it was handy. The price for a meal for 3 with drinks was excellent and the food was great too. well worth a visit

Location: the restaurant is located nearby the train station in Faro, meaning if you are travelling it is a good spot to stop by and have a good lunch or dinner. It as parking space nearby also, which can be optimal if you have a car. Meal: I tried the Picanha and it was very tasty! The restaurant was full but we waited in the bar part for a table and it was totally worth it! Price: The best part. In Algarve, specially during summer, the prices can go high at the same rate the touristic traps take the quality down. In this specific case, Guerrero´s Salon it was amazing in terms of quality/price. Decoration: it really looks like a saloon. Very nice!
