Restaurante Mexicano Taco Y Tequilla

The best place in Faro. The waitress was veggie and gave great recommendations. If you go here you must try the seitan fajitas, I don’t know what they put in them but the flavours were out of this world. Tacos and guac to start and frozen margarita was incredible too.

This place had a great atmosphere even though we visited in November (off peak). If you ask for vegan tacos they will do a selection of mushroom, seitan strips and veggie chilli and they're all delicious. Passionfruit margaritas are also a must. Be warned, JJ the waiter will put a sombrero on you and give you a shot of tequilla! The walls are also covered with messages from diners from all over the world highly recommend bringing a sharpie to write some pro vegan messages like I wish I had!

After some time there were men who wore Mexican hats (Sombrero). Was funny

We visited this restaurant in April last year and still tell people about it One of the best meals we've ever had. On top the staff were fantastic, super friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend enough ! Thanks again
