Mn - Faro

We arrived about 8.40pm to a restaurant that was by no means full, but sadly our main courses didn't arrive until about 9.50pm and to be frank they were very average. Our waitress was very apologetic, but it spoiled our evening as you might imagine. Not recommended

Found this place throug TripAdvisor and was pleasantly surprised. Hardly any tourists and a prety modern interior for Portuegeze standards and the food is delicious. Small menu but high quality. Prato do Dia for just €5,50. Highly recommended are the clams as appetizer! They don’t accept bankcards, cash only!

In the Montevideo neighborhood of Faro, I lucked out because this is the nearest restaurant to my Airbnb. The service is friendly and fast, and my vegetable soup and octopus rice were excellent! Locals seem to love this place, and I recommend it with no hesitation if you are in or near Faro

Cozinha genuína e sempre saborosa. É a melhor açorda de marisco do Algarve! O arroz de polvo também não fica atrás. Parabéns a toda a família (em particular à Dª Rosa) por terem conseguido manter a qualidade ao longo dos anos. Bem hajam.

Beautiful steaks. Staff friendly and accommodating. Really worth a visit if your in Faro
