The Swan - Farnborough

This is a really good place to eat. eating is of good quality and inexpensive. a very good selection of beer. the personal is probably the best I have experienced recently. a really top night.

Amazing food , reccomend the beef dish , very polite staff , great service ... did I mention the food .... and also great value for money too

Wish I had known or this excellent Gastropub sooner, I have been paying far more at local hotel for disappointing food. Great choice of drinks, very helpful staff, great atmosphere. Love it!

This was a great pub! We were looking for a place to eat and saw this was in the area. We walked in without a reservation and were told we had to wait for at least 40 min, but after we ordered our drinks, a table opened up! The table was properly cleaned and menus were handed out. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. I had the baked camembert and the fish and chips. it tasted delicious, but let me warn you, when you order the camembert, you get a whole camembert! That is enough for two! And be carefull when you scoop the cheese with your bread, they put in a whole garlic clove! Besides that, I had the best fish and chips! I would gladly come back!

I don't drink, and can't speak about the food. But this location has a great deck out the back, with an excellent view of the runway. You can watch aircraft land and take off right over your head while you eat/drink.
