My mother, Norman, Edward Goddard, and I had an incredible Christmas meal at a restaurant. It was our first Christmas without my dad, but the landlord Michael and his wife Tegan made the day special with delicious food.

The restaurant has new owners and a new menu. I tried the Sunday roast recently and it was excellent. Tonight, I had some bar snacks - chicken wings and halloumi fries (which were huge). They were really delicious. The beer, wine, and prices were all good. Farnborough has been needing a good pub with great food in the town center, and I'm happy to say it finally has one.
