Mi Cabanita #4 - Farmville

Small Mexican spot in Farmville with delicious food! They also have a wonderful inspection score (near perfect score, which makes me happy since my profession is Public Health, I always pay attention to restaurant inspection scores for my safety). The restaurant is very clean and the food is so good. The servers were excellent. It's worth the drive to eat here.

The people here are very friendly. The service is incredible. I asked the server what was the best dish, she recommended carnitas. They did not let me down. So delicious. My daughter ordered the California burrito and she loved it. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and liked them too. The portions are generous, so come hungry.

This place is awesome! The food is great! It was my first time having dinner here and it was wonderful.

I recently dined at Mi Cabanita and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the overly salty food to the questionable billing practices, it was far from enjoyable.Firstly, the food was excessively salty, to the point where it overwhelmed any other flavors. It's disappointing when a restaurant specializing in Mexican cuisine fails to get something as fundamental as seasoning right.Adding insult to injury, I had to send back a dish due to the overpowering saltiness. However, instead of rectifying the situation, I was charged not only for the original plate but also for the replacement. It's unacceptable to be penalized for a mistake made by the kitchen.Overall, my visit to Mi Cabanita was marred by poor execution and questionable billing practices. I expected better from a supposedly reputable establishment. Needless to say, I won't be returning and cannot recommend it to others.
