Bagels Co Inc. - Farmingville

It's been a while since I've been here. Food is decent, but really annoyed at the way they do business. Took my 1pm lunch there today. Sat down to eat by 1:10pm. The hours posted say open until 2pm. At 1:15, someone is mopping around me. 1:20pm, one of the workers announces that she turned off the A/C. Being about 100 degrees out today, it quickly got hot. If you're not going to allow people to eat in comfort until closing, just post earlier closing times. I found this sooooo rude. Sitting in my A/C in my car now finishing my lunch. Will find a new bagel place.

Worst bagel shop in Long Island. Before hiring workers you should teach them how to make a bagel with the correct amount of cream cheese.

Best bagels in Medford. Breakfast line usually out the door, but staff moves quickly.

It’s small but it’s THE best bagel store I’ve ever tried in Long Island! The bagels are incredibly soft, the staff is amazing, the owners are very nice and the quality is always good

I called at 1:00 PM to ask when you stop serving breakfast, and I was told you close the grill at 1:30. However, I wasn't informed that the restaurant actually closes at 2:00. I ended up having my whole family meet me for lunch, only to find the place closed. It’s frustrating when people expect to earn $20 an hour but don’t show the common sense to warrant even $12.
