Subway - Farmington

This is a review of a subway restaurant. While it may not be fancy, I would typically not rate a subway four stars. However, I was impressed that they are open after 8PM on Sundays, which is rare in Farmington. The service was always good and it's nice to have a place to eat when everything else is closed.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is great, with fast service. However, there seems to be some inconsistency in the food. I usually order a paprika and provolone sandwich instead of the spicy Italian, but sometimes they give me 10 slices and sometimes 20. The amount of spices and olives also vary randomly.

I typically don't eat fast food, but I make an exception for Subway because of the excellent service provided by Orlando. I visited this place three times last year and each time Orlando made a perfect sandwich to my liking. He cuts it perfectly and includes all the toppings I ask for. The service here is top-notch!
