The Supreme Personal Pan Pizza was a bit lacking in toppings, with only 3 slices of pepperoni and 16 pieces of sausage. However, the discount was appreciated.
Forgot my marinara sauces and only had 2 topping on when I ordered 3.
Made an order for delivery. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. I called and got an automated message that my order was on its way. No pizza still showed up. Called again, got a live person and they said it was a carry out order eventhough I was charged a delivery fee and a tip for the driver. The email confirmation clearly said it was delivery. Didn 't even get an apology for the mix up which was clearly Pizza Hut 's fault. Takes a lot of nerve to charge for such poor service and even worse product. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this location like the plague.
I didn’t know Pizza Hut put a large amount of garlic and herb dusting on the Edge pizza. Nowhere in the description did it say that would be on it. It was terrible! I even have a picture of it. It was WAY too much. I called the store and they said they only do that on the edge pizzas but why didn’t the online description say it would be on there? It just said there would be sweet marinara, cheese and pepperoni. The store just said, “Yeah, it’s too much dusting and the edge pizzas are going away next week.” But didn’t offer to make another one for me or make it right in any way. We are so disappointed and won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. They need to advertise what goes on the pizza. I had no idea that I would specifically need to ask to not put that on there since it’s not listed as an ingredient. Very terrible advertising and service. Usually their pizzas are great. But now I can’t trust the descriptions and won’t be ordering from there again.
