P.f. Chang's - Farmington

Came here for dinner with a group of friends that hadn 't seen each other in several years. We ordered drinks, appetizers, several entrees, and dessert. Service was pretty slow but we didn 't mind because we were catching up and enjoying ourselves. Just after giving our card to the server to pay the bill, the manager came over to our table and said, I need to tell you guys something. It 's time to wrap it up! He then proceeded to say that we reached the 2 hour time limit (it was almost 2 hours on the dot) and that he needed our table. Our table hadn 't even been cleared and we were waiting for our server to bring us the check back to sign. I can understand if we were hanging around long after finishing, but that wasn 't the case at all. Truly the most unprofessional encounter I 've ever had at a restaurant. Please provide your manager with training he needs so you don 't lose regular and well-paying customers.

Excellent dinner! Vegetarian lettuce wrap, short ribs with pineapple fried rice, veggie rolls and pork dumplings. They poured sauce over the dumplings and it sizzled, so good. Great service, sat at the bar.

We arrived close to closing time and David was happy to turn on the outdoor lights for us on the patio. Our waitress, a blonde working on Thursday night 9/14, provided amazing service. The food was fantastic as always! Thank you, David! Parking was great.

We had a reservation at the Farmington PF Chang's for 6:30 p.m. and were seated within 15 minutes, even though it was only around 4:00 p.m. Once we were seated, we waited for service but no one came to help or welcome us. When we finally got someone to take our order, they disappeared and we had to ask again for our waitress. The service was getting worse each time we visited, and this time we couldn't use a gift card that showed a balance of $25. Despite activating the card and checking the balance beforehand, no one in the restaurant knew how to process it. After the manager assured us he could use the card, we ended up paying for our meal without using it. The customer service at the Farmington location needs improvement, but the food was still enjoyable. The manager did try to make up for the inconvenience by offering a free dessert, but we were too full to accept.

I highly recommend P.F. Chang's in Farmington to anyone in search of a wonderful dining experience. Our server Brandon was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure all of our needs were taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with a large selection of options available. David and Kristin were also very helpful. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, our experience at P.F. Chang's was excellent and we can't wait to dine there again in the future. Five stars!
