Masa Mexican Street Food - Farmington

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant, and I have visited before and enjoyed it. The ingredients were of high quality, and the Mexican food was very authentic. I would recommend it to anyone searching for a delicious meal at reasonable prices.

Their food keeps you coming back.? Agua de Jamaica: I soon learned this Jamaican flower tea is strong-brewed Hibiscus with a deep red-purple.? Auga de Horchata: A very sweet, milky, cinnamon drink served cold. Perfect for a sweet-tooth! I would love a hot version for the colder months..? Tacos: small, fits-in-the-hand style, very flavorful no matter which protein choice.? Tostada: If you want something crunchy, pick the tostada! It works likes it 's own plate, and the cheese they have is delicious!? Ceviche: It may have been an off day, but the fish did not taste fresh, unfortunately.? Mexican Steet Corn: My only other complaint is the taste of the mexican street corn. It has a strong taste, which is a plus! But the corn texture suggests it was overcooked/sitting out for too long.? On another note, the guac and beans are savory!Overall, most of the food at Masa is perfect. For the usual tacos and tostadas that Mexican food serves, it 's wonderful! There is only some work needed on their ceviche really. Will be back again some time!

We ordered the chicken quesadilla and beef burrito at this restaurant and regretted it. Honestly, it made me sick. The quesadilla tasted more like tuna fish than chicken, with a minced meat texture. The burrito was filled with a mixture of ingredients that lacked authentic Mexican flavor. The food was overpriced and unappetizing. I'm not even sure what kind of chicken they used, but it seemed like canned meat. I wish I had taken a photo to show how disappointing the meal was. I remember enjoying a hard shell taco there years ago, but it seems like the ownership has changed since then.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic overall, with the tacos being particularly delicious. However, the quesadilla lacked flavor and the hot sauce didn't help much. The bean and cheese burrito also could have used some sauce and onion. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend giving this place a try.
