Fancy Bagels - Farmington

Unless you are a ?regular? here do not expect to be cashed out with a smile. The girl who took my order was super pleasant but when it came time to pay? I was always raised to treat everyone with respect but this cashier made me feel like I was ?wrong?for trying to be friendly and have a simple conversation. The food is good but service. 0/10 do not recommend. I have been twicethis week and thought ok maybe she is having a bad day whatever.. the second time.. you are just miserable. It?s sad that youcan?t get good food AND good customer service now a days.. you have to compromise one for the other. If your not happy workingin the service industry and treating customers KIND with a SMILE.. DONT. Maybe train your employees to treat the customers whobring you money with respect and basic customer service skills?. Will not return..officer square head..

The food is good but half the staff is so rude I can?t give these people money anymore. The cashier today did nothing but give us dirty looks despite us walking up with a smile and asking how she is. If this is what service is, I?m all set

This restaurant is extremely popular! The line was almost out the door when we got there. There were so many people waiting that we decided to run a few errands. When we returned and placed our order, it took a while to get our food (it seemed like everyone had large orders), but the bagels were worth the wait. They offer a fantastic variety of bagels, sandwiches, and cream cheese flavors.

Wow! I walked in and found a woman in front of me in line. Suddenly, an ex-employee came in with her baby, and everything came to a halt as everyone rushed to see the baby. Each of the young staff members took turns holding the baby. Just when I thought it was over after ten minutes, the girls started pulling out their phones to text. Meanwhile, we were all still waiting in line without anyone greeting us or taking our orders. After several more minutes of this, a few of us decided to leave. Seriously? There's a line of customers, and they all just stop to play with the baby and then scroll on their phones? After reading other negative reviews, it seems like this is a common issue. The owner clearly doesn't care, and the service from these young employees is disappointing. Goodbye!

This is a fantastic little spot with an amazing menu that includes both breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and enjoyable to chat with while taking your order. You can also call in your order ahead of time to reduce your wait, especially for larger orders for the office. Their bagels are the best in town!
