Cold Stone Creamery - Farmington

Always love me some cold stone unfortunately this time their reception machine for all my orders was broken so that my order was not ready at the arrival, but this is the first bad experience I had in this load but I always love some cold stone so that I cut them a little black, they made my ice amazing.

We were driving though Farmington on a family birthday. Birthday request was ColdStone, and it was great. Love the handmixed ice cream with all kinds of yummy mix ins. Great service, cheerful and happy.

Great ice cream with tons of options! Especially liked the Mario kart cup catered to kids.

We went today and sadly had an experience we weren't expecting. In my boyfriends icecream, there was just two whole strawberries. Not chopped up or anything, and barely anything else mixed in. In mine, the cookie dough was in two huge chunks. They couldn't be bothered to actually cut up the big stuff or mix in enough caramel or chocolate. Oh and mine had random sprinkles and peanut butter throughout. Both don't belong in what I ordered, which means their stations haven't been cleaned properly. All I know is that we won't be back. $20 for mediocre ice cream isn't worth it.

It was served this evening by a wonderful young man, who definitely comes back because of him and his cheerful attitude!
