Chef Jiang - Farmington

Upon first glance, I was immediately drawn to the menu at this restaurant, as it featured vivid pictures of dishes that I found to be very helpful, especially when unfamiliar with certain dish names. However, my initial excitement quickly diminished when the dishes we ordered arrived looking quite different from the images on the menu. One of the major disappointments was the quality of the meat. The chicken was too fluffy and lacked the expected texture, while the beef was too chunky, resulting in a less enjoyable dining experience. This discrepancy from our expectations left us feeling confused and somewhat unsatisfied. In addition, while the portion sizes were reasonable for the prices, it is worth noting that we ended up spending over $50 for three dishes. Despite leaving the restaurant feeling full, I have to admit that we did not fully enjoy the taste of the dishes. The disparity between the menu pictures and the actual presentation, along with the questionable meat quality, contributed to our mixed feelings about the overall dining experience.

The restaurant is lovely, the food was average and nothing particularly special, but the service was awful. We were seated close to the door, which was not a big deal, but the staff rushed to take our order, did not check on us during our meal, rolled their eyes when I asked for a soup spoon, and we had to grab our own takeout containers because nobody came to help us. To add to the frustration, the server placed the table next to us's food on our table. It felt like we were completely ignored and not taken care of.

We started with some tea, and ordered a few things that everyone liked to share. The food was good. Service was slow but in all a great restaurant

Been there many times but last Saturday most food is subpar, we have 6 people and other about 8 dishes. The owner better pay attention to the quality of food very serious otherwise will start losing
