Toarmina's Pizza - Farmington Hills

How can anyone possibly leave a positive review for this place? You can't even place an order! Based on recommendations from family, I've tried numerous times to place an order, both online and over the phone. Online they charge you first, then make youwait for someone at the location to confirm the order. Of course they never confirm it, so the order gets cancelled and you(eventually) get refunded. Try as often as you want, they never accept the order. Want to try calling? Good luck, I've beensitting here with the phone ringing for over 5 minutes and no one even answers.

My experience with this restaurant was very frustrating. They were over half an hour late with my order. When they finally took my information and asked what I wanted to order, I inquired about when my pizza would arrive. They told me to hold on while the driver would call me, but that only made matters worse. The driver ended up threatening me, and the staff at the store were incredibly unprofessional. I was told my pizza would be here in maybe 15 minutes, but it never arrived. I usually enjoy the Toarmina’s chain, but this location was terrible. I would rather order from Domino’s than give this place my business again. And just to note, I never received my pizza.

I always found the operating hours of this restaurant to be a bit unusual, as I often noticed them closed during the day. However, I finally decided to give it a shot a couple of weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the deluxe pizza I ordered.

I visited today and ordered a 24-inch pizza. The young lady who served me was very polite, so she gets an A in my book. The pizza itself was amazing! I was surprised by its size, and the ingredients were genuine—definitely not the canned mushrooms you find at other places. Thank you for the fantastic pizza and excellent service!
