I sympathize with the franchise owner, but it seems that employees frequently turn away customers by not preparing the Hot-n-Readys. If you ask for an item, do they even mention it? I waited for half an hour today. I also tried to stop by around 6:45 PM, but the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. It appears that this could lead to significant loss of profits.
The pizza was sitting on the counter instead of in the warmer. The lady claimed I was late, but my scheduled pickup time was between 6:30 and 6:35, and I arrived at 6:40. It wasn't about being late; it seemed like it just wasn't properly set up, and I got caught in the middle of that.
It's Little Caesars, so I expected some level of convenience. However, they are never prepared for the "Hot and Ready" pizzas. It's now 6:45 PM and they're still not ready, and I'm not willing to wait an additional 45 minutes. This has been a frequent issue here, so I’m going to head somewhere else.
Very good and cooked fresh. One of the best locations I've visited. I will be making this location my favorite go to whenever I have a taste for Little Ceasars
