Great smoked Brisket! The flavor of the meat was just delicious! It didn't need salt, pepper, or BBQ sauce The Charro beans were very good also but, just a bit too Spicy. We'll definitely go back to try more of the menu. We stopped in for lunch aftera ride through the countryside. 6/5/22. The Staff was very friendly and busy doing their jobs.

It was extremely loud, but the guy singing had an amazing voice. It was so loud, I had to yell my order to the guy taking it, and he had to yell back. The tacos are amazing. Mashed potatoes are off the hook. The organic tastes super fresh. The BBQ saucewas okay. Nothing to special. But don't get the mac cheese. Oh, save yourself from that. I have to give it 3 stars, becauseit definitely needs to be improved.

My family and I visited Farmville last week during our nine-day trip to Texas, and the pastor and his wife took us to Wood and Smoke. After enjoying BBQ a few times on our journey, we still couldn’t get enough of the amazing Texas BBQ, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the BBQ turkey sandwich, which was piled high with meat. While I was a bit let down that they were out of jalapeño cheddar, the turkey was truly excellent. My wife had the BBQ brisket quesadilla plate, which was generous and filling. The beans I chose as my side were incredibly tasty, featuring large chunks of brisket and jalapeño that added a nice kick. The root beer from the soda fountain paired perfectly with the BBQ, and the hot sauce had just the right smoky flavor characteristic of Texas BBQ, even better than the mild sauce. The atmosphere inside was lovely, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this place!

The tacos were fantastic, and the mashed potatoes were exceptional. The organic ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The BBQ sauce was decent, but nothing special. Definitely skip the mac and cheese—trust me on that one. I have to give it three stars because there’s definitely room for improvement.

The flavors are outstanding, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. There’s also a bar area, and if you want to take some treats home, they have a section for desserts. The setup is really impressive, with a giant wall menu greeting you as you enter. It's definitely a fantastic spot for anyone who enjoys hearty country fare, and I can't wait to return!
