Kabuki Japanese Restaurant - Dallas

After late arrival at our hotel due to strong traffic. I tried to contact the restaurant to advise them, I would be a few minutes too late. HORRIBLE... the phone number listed on their website is incorrect, no way to contact them via their website. Hotel Concierge has provided another telephone number. Whatever didn't work. I was over 20 minutes. From research for the number of restaurant) Can not change the time for booking online. And the Kabuki website does not even have a listing or location for the restaurant where I had reservations. It was a complete nightmare.

Honestly, that was kind of a farewell. We made reservations early after visiting the website that there is a happy hour, but there is not. I generally think the place is a little pricy without it, and the food was slow / not all come together. That means everything tasted fine/as expected.

The quality of the food was poor and one party had chicken that looked under cooked. Beverage glasses were empty for over 25 min before they were refilled. The restaurant only had 3 other tables occupied, so we expected better service.

This is my favorite Sushi place! The food is AMAZING. The service could have been faster, but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Poor service(not rude at all, just clueless) , portions and presentation were terrible. Should have come with my own knife to cut bites into tolerable size.
