Not a single customer left smiling. Please don't think all the 1 star reviews are lying. This location made me appreciate my local location much more. Terrible place
I don?t understand how there is so many negative reviews. This is the only chipotle I can go to that seems to chop the fat off their chicken before prepping it. I?ve never received a bad bowl from here and I can?t say that for MANY of the other locations. It?s primarily a younger staff and I?ve never felt I had an issue with them giving little portions. I only ever get chicken for my protein so I can?t speak for the other options. This will always be my favorite location.
I asked for a steak quesadilla and they told me it takes too long to make it so they don?t do it. I?d say they don?t deserve the one star but at least they were honest. That?s just plain lazy and poorly reflects upon the staff and company.
I?m writing this review while in the drive thru waiting to pick up my order. The Chipotlane is suppose to be their way of making mobile orders quick for pick up but it seems to be the longest option of pick up possible. The line of cars are literally wrapped around into the traffic of cars on the street. It blocks all the parking spaces. Most of the patrons are parking in the lot of Starbucks next door and walking over. Granted I came during their lunch hour crowd but it?s ridiculous to wait an hour to pick up an online order. Will definitely avoid this location again.
Wow. What a crazy experience. This is the first bad employee interaction we've experienced at Chipotle. That's good considering the number of years we've visited Chipotle locations in the Dallas metroplex. But, if I operated this location I would be fixing it. We came in at approximately 8:25p. I looked up the closing time after an abrupt interaction with Jacob. He told us the meat we saw was all there was available for the evening. They didn't close for 1.5 hrs yet. What? So, we proceeded to order what was left not what everyone wanted. Jacob proceeded to be very rude messing up on toppings and moving like a tortoise visibly irritated. Another employee came up and cranked out 4 bowls to his 2 bowls. Interesting enough we ate in the restaurant and watched 30+ people walk through line. The grills were fired up for more meat (seriously) and all employees literally had to work to serve the crowd. I would avoid this location until Jacob receives adequate training or finds something else to do.
