Wendy's - Fargo

The service was terribly disappointing. Our sodas had almost no syrup and were mostly just carbonation. The person who took our order was unfriendly, and the same went for the one who processed our payment. Additionally, the chili was too watery, and there was no cheese offered.

I went through the drive-thru, and the wait for my food was minimal! The food was tasty and reasonably priced.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Every time I visit, the customer service is terrible, and I always have to return because parts of my order are missing.

Extremely disappointed line was way too slow and value for money was even worse. Nothing on the menu is EVER worth more than $12 at Wendys

This Wendy's should be offering a persistent 20% off coupon because they will short you food with regularity. Not just getting it wrong, that would require getting SOMETHING. Theft, scam, fraud, take your pick. Staff is apparently incompetent or desperately in need of proper training. We'll be sticking to Culver's or McDonald's going forward, at least they will give you food for your money, and if they mess it up will actually make it right. A 1 star rating is 2 stars too many.
