They added the sweet onion teriyaki without me asking them to, to a sandwich i ordered through the app, didn’t toast it, and it was like… ice cold by the time i got it. :

Possibly the rudest person in the entire world answered the phone. they don't know how to neatly make and cut sandwiches, or warm up the meat before serving it.

I would have given it five stars except that I really really really do not like your new ordering system. It doesn't give you the option to have onions on half and there's nothing like going to the subway and seeing your sandwich built.Instead I had to bang on the drive-thru window to make sure they didn't put any onions on half due to an allergyBut the service was really good in the people were very nice and was a coupon it was very reasonably Christ.And yes I could have come in but my dog was in the car and I know that dogs cannot come into restaurants and it was 98°But the service was great!
