Mcdonald's - Fargo

Good reliable service, food prepared fresh and served hot. I prefer McDonald?s breakfast but today had a double quarter pounder although tasty was very salty, with fries that were served piping hot and golden brown that were tasty and made right! The Coke was great however sizes are limited and filled mostly with ice leaving you with nothing to drink after a few sips and bites of your food.

We stopped here before heading home to Ohio because it was it was next to our hotel. The girl rang all of our stuff up separately instead of in the meals like we asked making our bill insanely higher than it should have been. Then we were missing some of our food even though it was all rang up correctly. The hashbrowns seemed as if they pulled them right from the fryer and tossed them in our bag without giving them time to drain the grease at all they were so saturated and the grease saturated the wrappers of the rest of our food. Just an all around bad and weird experience. Not sure if they were training new people that day or what.

This specific Fargo McDonald's really is the best in the Fargo area by far. The food is always hot fresh. Service is very expedient, employees are pleasant. The manager we see most often there, Brenda, is always friendly quick to help with any app or other minor issues (we usually order through the app). This last visit there was a restaurant system outage. Brenda flew into action and helped us and multiple other customers getting things settled us the food we had ordered ready quickly with a smile kindness. She this 1001 38th location are really a huge step above normal. McDonald's corporate should use this location this manager as a training template company-wide for what a high quality restaurant should be. Great job!

All I wanted was frys and a chocolate shake.... the frys were good but the shake tasted nasty. This is the 3rd shake I've gotten from this one that tastes nasty.... Clean the Machine or check the expiration date because they use to be good.

It's McDonalds! Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a few order errors but these were quickly sorted and even got nice handful of McDonald's credit cards that bought a whole lot of free stuff! Never had to wait long and the young staff are really giving it their best. Be patient. It pays off!
