Pizza Gogo - Fareham

The owner was welcoming and allowed me to vape inside the restaurant. When I offered him some, he asked what flavor it was. I said mango, but he declined. I left with my average pizza and noticed a hair on it, which was surprising considering he is bald.

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic and tasty. The staff are friendly and provide quick service. The prices are also very reasonable.

The customer service is poor and it seems like they pretend not to understand English! They delivered the wrong pizzas and drinks. It shouldn't be difficult to accurately read an online order. Avoid this place!

Went in to get 2 large pizzas as it was buy 1 get 1 free. 1 was half and half (which is included in the B1G1F but still includes the £1 surcharge which is fine) but I was told I couldn 't do that? So I asked if I could not have a half and half and get the deal but the man politely said I can 't do that because it 's already on the system I hadn 't paid yet so I couldn 't understand why I couldn 't change my order? Long confusing story short, I ended up paying £16 when it should have been £8... I don 't know if the man was new but I was feeling nice so just bought it anyway... still cheaper and just as good as dominos. I thought the Quorn pizzas are a nice touch! You 'd get lots of new customers if you put a vegan cheese option on the menu too.

I ordered from here, waited over an hour to be told my order has been cancelled?! Disgusting. Will not be ordering from you again. Will discourage other locals as well. Shocking. Customer service poor. Absolutely appalled.
