Coriandewr - Fareham

This was my first time using corriander take away and the last ... an hour wait wasn't so bad on a Saturday..ordered lamb chops....these were awful ..should be on the menu as mouse ribs in a tub of onion very little to no meat on the bone ..very poor ...The mains were worse ... The lamb jalfrizei was over cooked the lamb, so tough it almost could have doubled as a doorman .. the roshni was hotter yet was supposed to be mild ... won't be ordering from them again.

I appreciate that delivery times are never guaranteed and accept there are road issues which hold deliveries up. I chose the 17:45 18:00 slot I was offered when I placed my order. At 17:21 I received an email to say delivery would be made at 18:30. At 18:50 I phoned to see if they could give me an idea of when it might arrive (more to check they'd not forgotten me) spent 5 minutes on the phone listening to the girl talk to some guy in the background, was asked my postcode 4 times, then my address, when I was then told it was on it's way. 20 minutes later (I'm less than a 10 minute drive away in heavy traffic) I phoned to tell them to cancel the order. As I was on the phone the delivery turned up. I never got chance to tell Coriander it had arrived as the girl I had been speaking to hung up on me. Very shoddy customer service. In his defence the driver was very sweet and friendly; the food, however, was stone cold. Had they said when I phoned the first time they were running behind and would get to me as soon as they could I would have been more than happy with that. The lack of service though was just atrocious, the food being stone cold was unacceptable. I certainly won't use again.

So we ordered online as I couldn 't be bothered to go out to get anything. Thought it would probably be busy on a weekend, but were happy to wait the 45 mins the website said. We waited. After 90 minutes I called them. Took two goes for them to answer the phone. When they did, got a feeble excuse well there 's only one driver on tonight, he is very busy . Well, yes, I imagine he is, seeing as you 're the only Indian that does online ordering in the area, and it 's a weekend. I can see from a lot of the previous reviews that this isn 't the first time this has happened. Perhaps you should consider hiring another driver? Anyway, when the food arrived it was at least hot. The bread was good, chicken tikka was good. Curries, not so much. The 3 different veggie curries we ordered were all basically the same, and made with 90% potato instead of mixed vegetables. The chicken curry was passable, but I 've made better myself, which isn 't what I expect when I order out. Won 't be ordering again. What a shame.

Ordered a takeaway and told only an hour. 2 hours late so phoned up and cancelled and decided to go else where. Was told sorry they only had 1 delivery driver. Wont use again....

My food took 2hrs to be delivered and once it arrived it was stone cold and the popadoms where soggy when i phoned up the girl on the phone said i was lying about the food being cold and argued with me she refused to give me a refund or to send me out new hot food when i ask to talk to a manager she said he was not there then she contiued to argue with me then she just hung up on me she also gave me advice to re-heat the take away but i had chips and nuggets as well as the korma she was very rude and its disapointing as food is normally good but i wont be using them again after tonights experience
