Shell - Falmouth

Not opened but the sign says open and all the lights are on. Ridiculous.

Do not go to this gas station. I attempted to go through the drive thru right behind another car that was being helped and they conveniently disappeared. My best friend who is black was in the passenger seat. She ended up going in. A car came up behind me after we gave up and pulled up and they instantly helped that car and 2 others without missing a beat!! She got nasty stares in the store the entire time!! They are very racist in that store, avoid it at all cost!!!

Worst gas station. I bought a Mr.Fog and it didn’t work at all, they said they can give me half off my next one even though I’ve been buying them from here for 7 months now. Worst customer experience and doesn’t even try to help you, no reimbursement or exchange. Go to the marathon .2 miles down the road for real ones and better customer service!! Shell lost a loyal customer.

Hours are completely wrong, don't waste your time. Take your money elsewhere!!
