Staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

The prices for their combo meals have increased significantly, making it more worthwhile to dine at a proper restaurant instead. There’s a Red Robin nearby, so you might as well head there for a more satisfying meal. Previously, the option for a quick meal under $10 was a good deal, but that’s no longer the case. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and they hardly ever get orders wrong.

I waited 5 minutes just to place my order, and when I finally got my Frostys, they were in liquid form—definitely not what I expected when I ordered them. I wanted a Frosty, not chocolate milk! To top it off, they forgot my sauce. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I came to a Wendy's, not a Neanderthal museum!

Very rude employees. The prices are too high. The store is dirty too.

The first restaurant I visited on my 1st day in the US
