Subway - Falls Church

When I arrived at the restaurant, one of the employees took out the garbage before returning to make sandwiches without washing her hands.

I really enjoy this Subway restaurant. I have ordered catering from this location about 5 times now and each time my coworkers and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. They took care of our order twice during the pandemic and the service from the nurses and employees was exceptional. The manager and staff are always very accommodating and the food is consistently high quality.

The second occurrence was today. I recently had surgery and can't walk without a walker. I called to see if they offered curbside pickup as I would be next door picking up takeout for my son. The employee I spoke to said no, but understanding my situation, she brought the food out to me. When she came out, she had my bag on a tray that she placed through my window to maintain social distancing. Both times, the employees went above and beyond without any expectation, and I am extremely grateful for their kindness. I didn't catch their names, but both had name tags. If either of them sees this, please know that your kindness is truly appreciated.

Today, my brother and I entered the store around 4:30 pm, while purchasing my meal the owner came out and as I turned around and found her staring at me. She was staring at my brother and I like she was waiting for us to leave. It's almost as if she thought we were going to loot the restraunt. I will never step foot in this restaurant again.

They really stingy on the steak should of order a veggy and cheese sub instead lol worat experience ever.
