I asked for 6 pizzas and the guy, kept saying 16. Since he couldn’t understand I drove to their place. When I arrived to place the order, the guy recognized my voice and told me that he was too busy to take my order. He was about to close. I asked at wha time do you close? He said 11:30pm . This was around 10pm. Poor customer service!
I was a driver here for a short time. I told the store manager that a driver named Manuel Aleman was being unfair (he was not logging out to get more orders in the system, he was taking advantage of other drivers). They did nothing because most of the employees were from Spanish speaking countries. The manager (Chris Navarro) did not solve the problem. He was a nice guy but he didn't bother to solve the problem.
The customer service is horrible, the guy in the cashier was super rude. Terrible ccustomer service, if you have the chance of going somewhere else, DO
Have made a refund and cancel the order because of black dude in the cashier, zero customer service and dont know anything, yelling at customer. This store should be bad review please dont come
I don’t expect 5-star, gourmet food—it’s Papa John’s—but I would’ve appreciated a little more effort with the dessert I ordered. Looks nothing like pull aparts I’ve ordered at other locations…2 stars only because it was ready for pickup in less than 10 minutes.
