Mr. Wish Eden Center - Falls Church

I ordered the black tiger milk, but they gave me a broken cup with the straw missing. I asked for a new cup and they transferred the drink into a new cup, reusing the sticker from the old one. When I asked for a completely new cup, they simply poured tea and milk in a new cup without adding brown sugar. My daughter said it wasn't the black tiger drink I ordered. The customer service was very poor and they did not offer to replace the drink for me. I will not be returning to this restaurant. This incident occurred on April 17th when I ordered a mango smoothie and black tiger milk.

The drinks were fantastic! However, I wish they had inquired about the size I wanted instead of automatically charging me for a large.

The customer service was terrible! When I asked for less ice in my drink, the waitress said she couldn't do it. I also requested 50% sugar, but that wasn't possible either. Why advertise these options if they can't accommodate them? I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Wish's bubble and fruit tea. I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea, which was a welcome change from my usual pearl milk tea, so now I have another go-to. The manager even let me try a fruit tea, the grapefruit (with fresh grapefruit It was delicious and refreshing. I will be coming back to try out more flavors. I know you have plenty of options for bubble tea at Eden center, but I am firmly planting my recommendation to go here first. Thank you Mr. Wish!
