Mcdonald's - Falls Church

The restaurant was clean and pleasant. I got my food promptly. The sandwiches were delicious, but my pie was served cold.

If you pay more than $3 for a large order of fries, they will only fill it up halfway.

I recently visited McDonald's and was disappointed with the service. I went through the drive-thru on July 25th at 3:52 pm and encountered some confusion with the order process. Despite following the instructions given by the speakers, there were mistakes with my order. I didn't receive a receipt and some items were missing from my order, such as sauces and chocolate chip cookies. The manager attempted to explain the situation to me, but in the end, I was left with only one cookie when I had ordered three. Lesson learned - always get a receipt and double-check your order before leaving to avoid missing items.

I’m new to the area and have gone here a couple times because it is near my home. They have NAVER got my order correct. I’ve been over charged each time they screw up. They need a new owner and staff. This location owe me money by now. I will drive an extra mile before I go back to this place. Absolutely terrible which is a pretty low bar.
