Amazing burgers and fries! No matter what? You have to try this burger. Fries overflow the bag. Love this place!!

I have been to Five Guys before and have worked at the establishment in the past. My issue is not with the food quality but rather the quantity. One important rule we were taught when serving fries to customers was to always fill the cup with fries, then pour them into the bag, refill the cup with fries again, and place the cup in the bag. This ensures that everyone receives two scoops of fries, regardless of the size ordered. This practice was outlined in our handbook and part of our training. However, this particular Five Guys location did not follow this protocol. It feels like a rip-off and is very disappointing. There is no reason for them not to follow this standard procedure, and I believe it is simply laziness on their part. Shame on them.

I love their milkshakes, especially the peanut butter milkshake. My go to is defiantly a milkshake and fries, their burgers are still growing on me.

5 Guys is definitely my favorite burger chain. This particular location met all my expectations. The service was speedy and precise. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were spotless. Five stars and two thumbs up once again for Five Guys!

I am disappointed that my Burger and Pommes were cold! hope they improve their food quality!
