I placed an order with them and the woman abruptly ended the call while I was still ordering. The service was lacking, but the food was delicious.
This restaurant at Eden Center offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine and is one of our top favorites. They have a variety of pre-made entrees available, making it quick and easy to grab a delicious meal to go in just minutes.
Take out only: • Vietnamese buns bánh bao (Vietnamese Steamed Buns), bánh giò (steamed rice dumpling, with clear and not opaque rice flour), Bánh dày, also written as bánh dầy (Vietnamese glutinous rice cake with a pork sausage snack). • Flans and other desserts. • Sausages hams: Giò lụa or chà lụa, giò bò, Chả Huế (Hue Style Vietnamese Ham), Chả Quế. • Pickle cabbage for roast pork, pickled grated carrots turnips for bánh mì. Closed on Tuesdays. These are all home comfort foods, all easy to eat snacks for trips, for fast foods when don 't have time to feel like cooking at home. As many VN cooks show off their skills at Eden Center in Falls Church, VA; in a category with a handful of competitors at least, Chả Lụa Ngọc Hưng manages to outshine the rest of its competitors. While we periodically try out the (cheaper) competition, we wind up always returning to this one for the best tasting, fantastic offerings. Sole warning: being priced higher already than the competition, they seem to adjust to higher ingredients prices by reducing portion sizes not happy about that, since their dishes are so goood; I resent not having as much to satisfy now as we used to get in previous years. Oh, well, can 't be helped I guess.
I tried gio cha in los angeles and san jose duc huong and ngoc hung in virginia. I think gio cha ngoc hung is the best and expensive very reasonable on the basis of fresh, good taste and good price
