Arby's - Falls Church

I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but recently, the quality has declined. I ordered a spicy fish sandwich and a classic bratwurst with salad and tomato. Instead, I received a smaller crispy fish sandwich without tomato or peppers, and a roast beef sandwich with only salad, no tomato as I had requested. I am unsure if this was deliberate or a mistake.

I almost got food poisoning after eating at this restaurant! I ordered a Greek gyro, curly fries, and jalapeño bites, and the next day I woke up with severe heartburn and couldn't stop vomiting for 12 hours straight. I had a high fever, felt dizzy, and was cold. It was my first time dining here, and it will definitely be my last.

Eat is great. needs a drive-thru! therefore only 4 stars.

Although the service was fast, the food was still fresh and accurate. The girl working behind the counter made an effort to please the customers.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time, because I’m vegetarian, but I wanted some curly fries so we stopped by. I got the Mac and cheese which was decent—probably similar concept to Panera. But I was so impressed by the cashier Maria?. She had such a positive attitude and made us feel like a hundred bucks. I could tell she really cared about the customers and wanted to make sure they had a good meal. This woman deserves a raise!!
