Mcdonald's - Fallon

We forgot that we ordered a shake and the young guy was really cool to get him. These days go the extra mile

It was a nice McDonald's, service was great, place was clean and we got good food quickly

The sweet tea was basically slightly flavored water. And there isnt a way to ask for well done fries and theyre almost always undercooked. Everything else was great!

The food was cold, missing 2 fries, the sweet tea wasnt sweet, and all the drinks watered down, and if yall made it fresh theres no way it should of been like that!!! This store is starting to go down hill....which is sad the only McDonalds in town.

I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. I ordered a 2cheese burger meal with diet coke, extra ice, large size, and requested no salt on the fries or burgers, along with 1 hot mustard sauce. Unfortunately, my order came in a small and light bag with only the hot mustard sauce, which cost $5. I was disappointed and placed the same order again, only to find that my drink had been switched from a Diet Coke to a Powerade. I cannot have that much sugar, so I asked the delivery person, Kent, if it was Diet Coke. He confirmed that it was Powerade and advised me to contact DoorDash about the issue. I informed Kent that the app was not working properly. Shortly after, Kent returned with a large bag from McDonald's. He had spoken to the manager and had my order remade with a Diet Coke with extra ice. I thanked Kent for going above and beyond his job to rectify the situation. I am willing to give the restaurant another chance, but if the app messes up my order again, I will delete it and order pizza instead.
