Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Went to get free 1 sm cone per customer with family. Even tho store had at least 8 other family parties at all times during our 40 min stay in booth all employees were excited and happy during busy night. Great service from 3 employee interactions. 2 Ice cream cones and 2 dipped in chocolate, [it's ice cream] quality and taste, cold and lockable like they should be. Store was clean, fresh air all tables, chairs, door, counter, cook area, register were is great clean working condition.

Place was dirty, food wasn't correct, atleast the staff was kind of nice this time around which is abnormal for this location, honestly take your money somewhere else until they figure out how to get it together. Constantly disappointed by this

Horrible service, wrong orders, and long wait time. Undeniably the worst DQ I've been to.

Stopped on my way home from work on free cone day. Waited in the drive thru at the speaker for over 10 minutes before I was spoken to. I asked for 2 small vanilla cones put down in a cup, so that I could take them home to my children . I also ordered a blizzard for my older child and a drink for myself. When I got to the window, they told me my total was $13 and some change. I asked them why it was that much if the cones were free, and they said it was because I asked for a cup so they have to charge full price. So just to confirm I was hearing properly, I asked the young lady “so you’re charging me several dollars for a cup?” And she confirmed “yes.” So I told them to cancel the order.

Did not receive what i ordered. Make sure you check your bag if you choose to visit this establishment they will not include everything.
