Burger King - Falling Waters

We picked up our order on the way home. The Burgers had hair in them and a drink had a eyelash in it. We throw it away. I called downvthe the manager and told her that hair is in the food. I said I didnt want a refund I just wanted to let her know about the hair in the food. She yeild at me and told me I was lieing then she hung up on me. Dont go there the food is bad, they are dirty, and the manager is the worst. Service: Dine in

They were very friendly, professional, and patient. Especially with my sister being undecided about her order. The food was hot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service manager at this location sucks! The staff are extremely horrible. They cheated me out of my money change from my order. I ordered 2 chicken wraps 6.34), gave the cashier 10.35 and she refused to give me my change 4.01). She claimed that I gave her 7.00 instead of the 10.35 and called in her manager in which didn’t help the situation because she was just as rude, ignorant, slow as the other worker. Had the nerve to call me broke said I must be hurting to want my 4.01) back. I had to keep it together as best as I possibly could not to stoop to ground level scumbags. I called the police, but they weren’t much help. I asked them to review the cameras, but they refused so I filed a complaint with corporate in which I’ll be following up on. I hate this happened to me and hopefully it hasn’t or doesn’t happen to anyone else although it if has this has to stop. Justice needs to be served! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!! THEY WILL SHORT YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ROBBERY IN PLAIN VIEW)!!! Beware you’ve been warned!!

Friday august 25th, two older women working behind the counter belittled and laughed at my mom, she tried to order a small thing onion rings and it came out to $3.06 at the time my mom only brought $3 in hand and told the old women i’m sorry i don’t have the .6¢ and before my mom could say she had it in her car they had the ignorance to laugh in my mothers face. As a fast food worker (shift manager) for a different local restaurant i find this behavior discriminatory and disgusting. i hope their General Manager knows what kind of disgusting employees they have working for them. I hope those Old Women working for Burger King feel real good about themselves
