Sam's Pizza - Fall River

I will say first time at Sam's pizza.been to a lot of places.for Sam's 100% pizza and owner amazing I scored the pizza 7.6 the crust so-called undercarriage needed to be cooked a little more taste and cheese was amazing ? will go back great

Tried Sam's for the 1st time. Went with three large pizzas for some hungry kids. Went with a Meatlovers, Chorico and Cheese pizza. Good amount of toppings, good overall taste. Good cheese coverage, a little flop. Would have preferred a little more crunch. Not quite NY style, but not Greek style either. Solid local option. Friendly staff, easy access and off street parking.

Food is always tasty. ordered delivery tonite and when it arrived the delivery driver called me and told me to hurry up and get down stairs. When I opened the door hes yelling something in what sounds like Arabic and says he has 5 other deliveries. I dont care. I've done food delivery for several years. No matter the amount of orders you have you NEVER sacrifice customer service. I was calling to have the tip refunded but my wife told me to hang up. I have never been rushed by a delivery driver in my life. It was insane.Update: I recieved a text from the driver at 11 PM that nite saying he got fired and asked me to take down this review so he can get his job back. Then he called me when I was at work at 9:30 am. This is insanely unprofessional. I've never had someone try and guilt me like this. y'all messed up and cant accept responsibility for it. again food was good but the customer service was horrible and extremely unprofessional.

I’ve been ordering Sam’s for the past 2 years and the food has always been perfect! We always get the same delivery driver (sweetest man ever) and our food always comes nice and hot within 20 minutes. The earliest he delivered one time was within 15 minutes of ordering. I was so shocked and excited at the same time
