Subway - Fall River

I ordered online and was really disappointed. Both subs were made without the cheese I requested and had hardly any meat. They were soggy and unappetizing. After I complained, they remade the sub, but I had to wait over twenty minutes, and it still came without cheese. It’s unbelievable how difficult such a simple order could be. This was a complete waste of money, and I won’t be returning to this location. The subs looked like they were just thrown together, and you’d need a microscope to find any meat. Be cautious, and whatever you do, don’t order online from here.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. The experience was absolutely revolting. I ordered a salad bowl with avocado and extra sauce, but those additions were missing. I was disappointed but didn’t want to make the 30-minute drive back for a simple mistake. I ended up eating most of the salad, only to discover a dead ladybug at the bottom. That made me so nauseous that I threw up my meal and felt extremely upset and disgusted. It seems like there are no health standards at Subway. I will never return to this place; I am completely horrified and beyond disappointed.

This is the second time I've found a hair in my sub! When I brought it to the attention of the management, they didn't even apologize or offer anything to make up for my experience.

Really BIG subs. They load on the goodies. I couldn't finish mine. Will IBe back? You betcha

Fresh, fast food and excellent service. Clean in store, music not too loud. Overall just a ccx relaxing tasty meal.
