Really nice place staff nice friendly food was excellent plenty to pick from on menu deserts we're delicious

Popped in for a late lunch. Place was pretty quiet. Great choice on menu, but both of us opted for the steak pie. Was absolutely delicious. Hadn’t been for a while, but will make a point of returning soon. Really couldn’t be nicer, and good value. Telling my friends, would be great for a wee night out sometime soon. (And the Christmas menu looks great!

Disappointed in some of the plates of food not value for money

2 adults 1child I'll start with the positive first the girls were lovely. Now the negatives ordered a latte coffee which was undrinkable as it was so bitter. 2main courses were ok but 1 was terrible, it was meant to be a chicken burger bit it was just a lump of undercooked chicken that was full of water had some blood init, on a bun definitely wasnt a chicken burger, it got sent straight back, my b/f was offered another meal bit he lost his appitite after seeing that. He ordered a drink that never arrived. Our granddaughter ordered caramel apple pie ice cream the pie was lukewarm at best the pastry wasnt cooked properly either. We've been coming to the stables on and off for years and the food has always been good but unfortunately i cant say the same for the food now,I dont know if it's changed hands, but the food and menu is nowhere near as good as it used to be. So on that, we sadly wont be going back.

Very good service. Everithing here is good. Very delishies food.
