My husband and I drove quite a distance to eat at this restaurant, but the food truck was not at the specified location. One site claimed it was only open on Saturday and Sunday from 2-10, while another said it was open Friday through Sunday from 2-10. We are uncertain about the actual days and hours of operation for this food truck.

The staff at this restaurant was exceptional, and the food was top-notch! They made sure to ask about our dietary restrictions, offering to make adjustments to cater to our needs. We enjoyed dishes such as tacos, mofongo, and a stuffed avocado with Coconut fries.

This food truck located in the loop can create almost any of the items on the menu vegan. I was lucky enough to get a half avocado filled with veggies and a side of coconut rice. Great price and awesome if you're finishing up a bio tour and want a meal. Highly recommend.
