The Fraternity Club - FAIRY MEADOW

My wife and I visited the restaurant la trattoria for lunch at the fraternity club. the service at the Bistro counter was friendly, but I can't say the same for the service in the beverage bar, they are a miscredit for the facility and should be bagged (rude and unfriendly). eating was average, we ordered the snapper special. a bit overpriced and missing taste (like some of the other dishes we tried in the handed over). I noticed that one of the girls working in the kitchen did not wash the sweet before preparing the salat. Hygiene does not seem to be on its list. a mixed experience. could be better.

We have eaten some paints here when in the opposite and every time we do not overly impress with our meal times. there is a good choice, but this is so. we were on our last day and accidentally ordered the lunch special chicken schnitzel. it wasn't nice. it was incredibly small with a few chips and minuscule salad. it didn't taste very nice either.

We took our parents to lunch in la trattoria on 4/6/22 and were so happy with the fantastic friendly service of janice. she ensured that we first received the escape, then came to our table to ask if we were ready for our...mains... they lukewarm our care in all the food that came out in our previous visit to the restaurant and went out of their way to make sure that not happened again and that we were happy. Experience is everything when you visit local clubs, restaurants, caffe or retail business. what we experienced at the fraternity club was a horrific treatment of the guests. we are in the region wollongongongong and have decided to eat family (with my wife and two children) on...21/05 at the fraternity fair meadow club. it was a busy night in the club as it really rained hard. we ordered the eating of la trattoria menu and bought some drinks from the bar. total we spent over $100. Eating began to come with escape, especially for my wife. I went to the bathroom and when I returned to the rest of the food came for children and me. I sat down and began to eat my meal when one of the servers went past me and a sauce fell over the floor, over my right liga and my training pants plus over the bag we had on the floor. my men sitting next to my right, saw what happened and picked up the sose. a few minutes later, I heard one of the servers and explained that the sauce was sprayed over mine. he said he would get a serviette for me to clean it up. I waited there for almost 15 minutes where the server did not come back to help me clean the mess sauce left on my tracksuit and on the floor under my table. I was excited, so I wanted to get someone to help me clean up the mess. I noticed three server standing next to the food collection (including the server that said he came back to help me clean it), and they stood, chat and laugh. I went to them and addressed the server that came back to clean up, I was angry about inactivity to clean up the mess. I asked them if they could come and clean up the chaos. one of the servers (not those I asked for help) came by and began to clean up the chaos and apologize for the chaos. I was visibly annoyed and used all available serviettes on the table to clean my tracksuit. at this point I was very unhappy and one of my children did not eat her dinner and I had two bites of my own dinner because of the chaos. at this point I asked the server that we wanted a full refund. the server went to grab floor manager (a dame) that came out and told us in the round that she can't give us a full refund and if we wanted to talk to her manager. I wanted to talk to her manager. manager toni came out and I can see that he already had an employment, not to unravel the situation. I have explained what transpired, and he said that although the server should have acted faster, he would not spend a refund, only because sauce went over my track suit. zitat: “That can be washed.” zero emathy compared to an annoyed customer, toni did not even try to offer an alternative to our refund request. Please note that we spent over $100 for this evening meal, for a meal that is below average and this type of treatment. our youngest son had a stomachache after eating the carving. don't go and waste your money in this club. corrimale rsl club or any other club would be a much better alternative. we will not come back. Message to fraternity club management is that they have lost another place that no longer feet in their club ever again.

Had a wonderful evening at the main Bistro restaurant The La Trattoria celebrating my birthday with 40 guest. Everyone was happy with the meals and the bar staff. Doni FolinoThe floor Manager was amazing. He had impeccable customer service. I was able to see how...he treated everyone in the restaurant with respect and was very welcoming. He knew which table people were sitting at, especially when they forgot their table number including me.
