If i would be able to give zero. I would. Have given that. Worst experience ever. Worst staff ever. I was the person who used to drink ice coffee every single day but now i do just once or twice a month because of attitude of the staff and taste. They lost one of the regular customer. They need to get new staff in, Who can greet customers well and make the orders as per instructions. Staff really needs to change. I never did a review in my life. Its been 8 months i am living in fairview and this experience forced me to do a review...the owner really needs to watch because you are loosing sales because of the poor staff and its not just me others people also complaining.
Their hours are awful! customer service is awful… close at a certain hour and then won’t service customers coffee 3 or 4 mins before! When we worked customer service 10 years ago doors weren’t locked before official closing time! Customers came first!Communication between employees is embarrassing… one employee says sure order it’s not official closing time and the next one states no! It’s not like it’s midnight, they don’t have late hours, they close at 9pm usually.
Orders are wrong daily and alot do not speak clear English . The language barrier is to much . Most orders come out wrong and it's a constant battel to try to understand most employees.
