Smoothie King - Fairview Heights

I've picked up lunch here many times. The staff is always friendly, and I always get app credit for my purchases.

I believe businesses are still using the pandemic as an excuse not to give customers their best. My daughter is to get these bowls and the bowl would be filled to the top. Not today thought.

I am a big fan of Smoothie King, however, this particular location is the slowest I have ever been to. It feels like they are either understaffed or not very efficient, as the wait times are as long as a popular restaurant on a Friday night. While the smoothies are generally good, there are occasions when they taste like baby food and seem watered down. Other Smoothie King locations are much quicker and provide a better overall experience.

This restaurant is the slowest I have ever experienced. I waited for 45 minutes just to reach the window, and my smoothie still wasn't ready.

I visited this location and when I approached the drive thru I actually had to get the worker's attention in order to provide my order. There were two cars in front of me. Fifteen minutes passed and I was still line. How long does it take to make a smoothie. Do not visit this location. It is poorly operated. Please read previous reviews. This is a pattern.
